  9. What are the steps in closing a loan?
    1. After we receive all the information from borrowers, a term sheet is issued within 10 business days
    2. Following agreement on terms, issue of a commitment letter from the lender typically occurs within 10 business days.
    3. Closing of the loan will occur usually a few weeks after you submit all documents requested by the lender and all third party reports are completed (appraisal, environmental report, survey, etc.)  Generally, loans close within 30 - 45 days from the time the term sheet is issued.
